• Not to submit any content that promotes or endorses alcohol, smoking, gambling, prostitution, or any other illegal or inappropriate activities.
• Not to submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive.
• To use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not to engage in any fraudulent activities or attempt to manipulate the platform for personal gain.

6. Rewards and Payments

Social Convert offers monetary compensation or other rewards for approved testimonials. Payments will be made in accordance with the terms outlined within the App.

• Rewards are distributed based on approved content submission and user engagement.
• Payment schedules and amounts may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their earnings.

7. Testimonials

You grant Social Convert a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any testimonials submitted via the App. Social Convert may use these testimonials for marketing, promotional, or analytical purposes.

8. Partner Program

Users may encounter branded content from businesses or partners. Social Convert facilitates the sharing of these testimonials, and users who engage with such content will be compensated accordingly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within the App (except user-generated content) are the property of Social Convert and its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.

10. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create on the App, including video testimonials. However, by submitting content, you grant Social Convert a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and promote the content within the platform and for its business purposes.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the App for illegal purposes.
• Posting testimonials or content that promotes or encourages the use of alcohol, smoking, gambling, prostitution, or any other activities that could harm the safety of our younger users.
• Misrepresenting the authenticity of testimonials.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the functionality of the App.

12. Termination

Social Convert reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Termination will not affect any accrued rights or liabilities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Convert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
